A Russian tank marked as 300 at the front of the Soviet War Memorial in Berlin’s Tiergraten park. There are two Soviet T-34 tanks left from the World War Two which are standing on pedestals next to Berlin’s Brandenburg Gate.
In 2014, German newspaper Bild ran a petition on removing these two green tanks from there in protest at Russia’s actions in Crimea and Ukraine. The petition was rejected by Berlin authorities soon after.
